Teaching Assistant (EYFS/KS1 experience desirable)
Part time: Tuesday-Friday (8.30am-3.15pm) | 25 hours per week | Scale Point 3- Point 6
Bradfield Primary School is seeking a caring and proactive Teaching Assistant to join our happy, vibrant village school. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a friendly, supportive team, providing classroom support for our enthusiastic and well-behaved children.
About the role:
· Support children's learning and development in the classroom, working one-to-one and with small groups
· Deliver targeted interventions and differentiated activities to help every child thrive
· Assist with record-keeping, resource preparation, and adapting tasks to meet individual needs
· Liaise with class teachers and the SENCo to provide effective, coordinated support
· Supervise and promote positive play during lunch and playtimes (MDA duties)
