We are looking for someone who:

· can confidently analyse complex attendance data and translate this into practical improvement strategies

· has experience of coaching, influencing and supporting school leaders and attendance/pastoral teams

· builds positive relationships whilst providing appropriate challenge where required

· understands barriers faced by vulnerable children and families, and can develop effective interventions

· is organised, proactive and able to manage priorities across multiple schools

· has excellent communication skills and is committed to improving outcomes for children

We can offer you:

· a commitment to continued professional development

· opportunities to work with enthusiastic and supportive colleagues across the Trust to share resources, ideas and build collaborative relationships,

· access to our Employee Assistance Programme for all staff and their families,
