1:1 SEND Learning Support Assistant - Fixed Term Contract ending 31/08/2032.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and effective Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work as a one-to-one support for a an exceptionally wonderful young child with SEND needs, due to start with us in September in Reception class, supporting their learning, independence and inclusion within a high-achieving school community. Experience of working with cerebral palsy would be an advantage.

Some experience of working with an EYFS/Infant/Primary style curriculum or a willingness to gain experience in this area and training is essential. Previous experience of working as an LSA is also desirable.

The successful candidate will become part of our friendly and hard-working team which is dedicated to ensuring our children learn well and are well cared for.

· Scale 5, Range 10 - 13, FTE £27,694 - £29,064, which is £14.35 - £15.06 per hour.

Actual is £10,927.91 - £11,468.71

· Part time, 17.5 hours per week Fixed Term until 31/08/2032

· Term time plus inset days. Please note St Osyth is moving to a two-week October half term from September 2026.

· Monday to Friday: 09:00-12.30pm

· To start September 2026.
