Executive Assistant to the CEO & Executive Team
Scale 9 - £39,862 - £44,075
37 hours per week/52 weeks per year

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Executive Assistant to provide outstanding support to our CEO and Executive Team-playing a pivotal role in enabling effective leadership and driving organisational success.

About the role
Working at the heart of the organisation, you will:
·Provide high-level, confidential executive support to the CEO and Executive Team
·Manage complex diaries, priorities and communications across multiple senior stakeholders
·Lead coordination of executive meetings, governance processes and strategic planning
·Prepare briefings, reports, presentations and correspondence of the highest quality
·Anticipate challenges, manage risks and ensure leaders are well-prepared and informed
·Act as a key point of contact, handling sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism
·Support delivery of projects and organisational priorities at executive level
We're looking for someone who brings experience, judgement and credibility, including:
Experience & Knowledge
Significant experience supporting senior or executive leaders
Proven ability to work autonomously, using sound professional judgement
Experience handling highly sensitive and confidential information
Track record of managing complex workloads and competing priorities
Understanding of governance and organisational processes
Skills
Outstanding organisational and prioritisation skills
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
Excellent written and verbal communication at senior level
Ability to influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders
Highly competent in IT and information management systems
Personal Qualities
Professional, discreet and highly reliable
Proactive, calm and resilient under pressure
Confident operating in a senior leadership environment
