Salary: SCP 20-24 £32,597 - £35,412 + Fringe (pro-rata) Actual Salary (inc Fringe) £30,286 - £32,821
37 hours per week Term time plus 2 weeks

We are looking for a proactive and highly motivated individual to be responsible for the administration of external and internal examinations in accordance with the Joint Council for Qualifications regulations.
As Exams, Assessment, Admin and Data Officer, you must have an in-depth knowledge of Excel and be able to demonstrate meticulous attention to detail. Previous experience with the school's Management Information Systems (Arbor) would benefit you, but training will be provided. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team of invigilators as well as work alongside other office staff. You must be able to work well under pressure and will be able to use your own initiative.
You will work closely with the Deputy Headteacher and Business Manager who between them hold overall responsibility for examinations, assessment, admin and data.

For exams and assessments, you will be coordinating the end-to-end planning and delivery of public GCSE's, internal mock exam cycles and KS3 CAFs/GL assessments.
Admin tasks will range to help as and when you are able to our main office who you will work closely with.
Data operations will manage and support key school administrative systems, including Arbor (MIS), 4Matrix, Pupil Progress to ensure accurate data tracking and reporting (as determined by DHT Data, Assessment and Operations).
