  • Liaising with senior leaders, class teachers, and parents regarding pupil behaviour and progress.
  • Promoting restorative approaches to conflict resolution while fostering pupils' personal and social growth.
  • Supervising and supporting pupils who may be isolated from lessons, ensuring they safely complete the work provided by teaching staff.
  • Maintaining highly accurate records and reports on behaviour incidents and interventions.

What We're Looking For:
You are the perfect fit for our team if you have:

  • Successful experience working with children in a school or similar setting.
  • The ability to demonstrate a range of effective behaviour strategies and confidently support the inclusion of pupils with emotional, behavioural or SEMH needs in a mainstream setting.
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to build respectful, trusting relationships and interact positively with pupils, parents and colleagues.
