Learning Support Assistant

22.5 hours Monday - Friday 8.30am - 1.00pm

Scale 3 Point 6-7 (Actual Salary: £13,185 - £13,395)

We are looking for an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join the St George's team.

This role will be based in one of our Key Stage Two classrooms, working under the direction of the teacher to support individuals and groups during lessons. In addition, you will work alongside a pupil during the lunch break, supporting them to interact with their peers.

We are looking for a candidate who is confident, enthusiastic, and adaptable. You should have a genuine passion and enthusiasm for building positive relationships with children and supporting them in their learning, social/emotional wellbeing and play.

· Experienced in working with children

· Keen to immerse themselves in the life of our school and our community

· Resourceful and able to work independently as well as with the team

· Passionate about supporting pupils to achieve to the best of their ability
