Brentwood School is seeking to appoint a compassionate, organised and proactive Learning Support Assistant to join our dedicated Learning Support team. This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with students with additional needs, helping them to access the mainstream curriculum, develop confidence and independence, and achieve their full potential within a supportive and ambitious school environment.
Salary :- FTE £32,000, Actual Pro-Rata Salary of £25,250. This is a Term Time Only role.
The successful candidate will provide in-class support, deliver targeted interventions, assist with practical learning activities, and work collaboratively with teachers, tutors, parents and external agencies to ensure students receive the support they need to thrive. They will play a key role in monitoring progress and wellbeing, implementing individual targets, and contributing to the inclusive culture of the School.
