Do you wish to be part of a popular, oversubscribed school, where "Staff speak positively about professional development and feel well supported to refine their teaching practice" Ofsted 2026?

At JHS, we believe that "together we excel"-students and staff alike-and we are proud to be a highly inclusive school community.

We have an opportunity for a confident, self-motivated and passionate individual to support our behavior and Intervention team to help remove barriers to learning and success. The successful candidate will need to be integral to enhancing the life chances of all our young people with a focus on behaviour and engagement. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of working with students with learning and behavioural difficulties to encourage positive engagement.

You should have the ability to adapt to unpredictable and challenging situations and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive approach to working effectively with all members of the school community. This is a public facing role, so fluency in English is essential. A current first aid qualification would be desirable, however, training can be given.

This is an exciting time to be joining the school, as we grow in popularity within the local community and beyond. Ongoing, extensive building works are adding state of the art additional resources to the school, and we are part of a dynamic Trust, comprising 4 local schools.

If you would like to be part of our journey, and make a genuine difference to students' life chances, we would be delighted to hear from you.

We can offer you:

A friendly and welcoming place of work, which invests heavily in staff training
