St Mary's Independent School is looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Kindergarten/Nursery Manager to join our very successful Kindergarten.
St Mary's offers full day care for children aged from 2 to 5 years of age. A Level 4 childcare qualification is required, along with the ability to develop effective relationships with colleagues, children, and parents. St Mary's is proud of its excellent customer service and expects all staff to maintain its high standards as well as participating in the life of the school.The Kindergarten Manager is responsible for providing strategic leadership and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the Kindergarten, delivering the highest standards of care, education, safeguarding and wellbeing for all children. This role requires an inspirational leader who can cultivate an exceptional early years environment, empower staff , and build strong partnerships with families and the wider school community.
As part of the wider St Mary's community, the Kindergarten benefits from access to specialist support functions including Finance, HR, Marketing and Admissions, IT, and Estates. The Kindergarten Manager will work closely with these teams, enabling a strong focus on delivering high-quality early years provision while drawing on the expertise and infrastructure of a larger organisation.
