Hours 8.30am - 3.15pm Mon - Fri (term time only with lunch duties)

Salary Scale 3 Point 6 FTE £25,989

Start date- 1st September 2026

We are seeking to appoint enthusiastic and motivated Learning Support Assistants. The role involves working as part of a teaching team to support the learning, and social and emotional development of individual and groups of pupils with special educational needs. We are also looking for someone to work within the EYFS department. We are looking for people with empathy, understanding and a determination to provide children with the very best opportunity and access to learning across the curriculum.

The post is for 31.25 hours per week, 8.30am to 3.15p.m, every day, term time only and will include some supervision during break times / lunchtimes. Please note that we are not able to consider part time applicants.

The successful applicant should preferably have:

Experience of working in schools

Experience of children with additional needs/ medical needs / behavioural needs Good communication skills-written and spoken A commitment to meeting the needs of pupils with special educational needs and disabilities An ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team
