Job Description

We are looking for a Site Manager to join our friendly hardworking Site Team to help keep our site well maintanined and health and safety compliant. You will be responsible in managing the site team and wider team of cleaning staff.

The ideal candidate is someone that takes pride in their work, is thorough, yet fast paced, is approachable, flexible and has a can do attitude! We need someone that is practical and hands on and works well on their own and as part of a team. You will need to be able to manage a varied workload and be able to prioritise efficently and proactively to make sure the school site remains safe and functional.

40 hours per week 52 weeks per year,Scale 7 (£34660.54 actual starting salary).

Hours will involve locking and/or unlocking the school and will need to be flexible. (Hours to cover 9.25am - 6.10pm on a weekly basis. You will also be required to be on call in the event of alarm call outs.

Lexden Springs is an inspiring school where no two days are ever the same (but a smile is always guaranteed!) which caters for pupils aged 3 - 19 who have a variety of severe learning difficulties, including some with autism and/or challenging behaviour and some with serious medical conditions.
