We are looking for a well-informed, experienced leader who has an excellent track record of providing outstanding support for children and young people in primary and/or secondary schools. You may have been part of a local authority team and /or worked closely with, senior leadership teams in schools. You may also have provided line management for a SENDCo.
Within the Christus Catholic Trust whilst each school has its own well qualified and experienced SENDCo, we are now seeking to further develop and strengthen our inclusive Trust community with the addition of further expertise of an experienced colleague to provide professional advice, guidance, challenge and to promote inclusion.
You will have an excellent knowledge of the SEND code of practice and understand how scare resources can be deployed effectively to best support our most vulnerable children. You will have high levels of emotional intelligence, be solution focused and support staff to enable them to deliver excellent inclusive provision for all pupils.

We are a communion of seven Catholic Primary Academies across south Essex.
