Learning Support Assistants - Required from 1st September 2026
We are recruiting two Learning Support Assistants term time only.
Role 1 - 8.30 - 12.30 Monday - Friday total 20 hrs per week
Role 2 - 8.30 - 12.30 and 13.00 - 15.15 Monday - Friday total 31.25 hours per week
Pay - Scale 3 points 6-7, FTE £25,989 - £26,403, actual salaries paid pro rata are:
Role 1 - £11,747- £11,934
Role 2 - £18,355- £18,647
We are looking to appoint two LSA's. The role involves supporting pupils with their learning, development and social emotional needs, in line with school policies and procedures. Please state clearly which role you are applying for.

remains calm under pressure, is resilient and caring
is able to provide an inclusive environment
is enthusiastic about working with children
is able to think on their feet and try new things
is an effective communicator with pupils and staff
is able to build and maintain effective relationships
demonstrates excellent positive behaviour management techniques
possesses good Literacy and Numeracy skills
