Early Years Lead - Preschool

We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and dedicated Early Years Lead to join our preschool team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate early years professional to provide outstanding leadership, support high-quality teaching and learning, and help create a nurturing, stimulating environment where every child can thrive. The successful candidate will work closely with staff, children, and families to ensure excellent standards of care, education, safeguarding, and child development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire the preschool team to deliver exceptional early years education and care.
Support planning, implementation, and evaluation of engaging learning experiences.
Monitor children's progress and ensure individual needs are met.
Promote safeguarding, health, safety, and wellbeing at all times.
Build positive relationships with children, parents, carers, and external professionals.
Support staff development through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
Ensure compliance with EYFS requirements and relevant policies and procedures.
Essential Requirements:

Relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years (Level 5 or above desirable).
Significant experience working in an early years setting.
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Commitment to providing inclusive, child-centred learning experiences.
