· A supportive and caring staff team

· Collaborative working with the Head of School and governors

· Flexibility to fit around existing commitments

· Engaged pupils who are eager to learn

What we are looking for:

· Qualified teacher status (QTS)

· National Award for SEN Coordination (or working towards it)

· Experience of leading or contributing to SEND provision

· Strong knowledge of current SEND legislation and best practice

· A commitment to inclusion and high expectations for all pupils
