Job Role: Cleaner

Contract: Part Time | Term Time Only + 1 Week Holiday (39 weeks per year)

Hours: 10 hours per week,2 Hours Per Day

Salary: Scale 1 Point 3, £5745 per annum (£24796 FTE)

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic Cleaner to join our friendly and supportive team at our small village school. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a caring school community where every member of staff plays an important role in creating a safe, clean and welcoming environment for our children.

The successful candidate will work as part of a small cleaning team and will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the school after the children have gone home each day.

Duties will include:

Cleaning classrooms, corridors and shared areas
Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors
Cleaning toilets and replenishing supplies
Emptying bins and general housekeeping duties
Ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained at all times
We are looking for someone who:

Takes pride in their work

Understands the importance of maintaining a safe and clean school environment
Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
