Learning Support Assistant (SEN Support) Monday to Friday 30 hours per week.
Starting July 2026. Permanent Contract.
Messing Primary is a small village school, set in an idyllic rural setting just outside Tiptree. This vacancy presents an excellent opportunity for the right person to play a part in developing and supporting the teaching and learning within the school.
You need to:
Demonstrate a commitment to producing the best outcomes for all pupils;
Be highly motivated, proactive and have high expectations of yourself and the children;
Have up to date knowledge and experience of current practice and assessment expectations;
Be prepared to create resources and follow specific guidance relating to SEN;
Enjoy your work, have a good sense of humour and be open and flexible to new ideas.
