St John's Green Primary School is a large City Centre school, operating over two sites.

We are a good school and put the children at the heart of Teaching & Learning with a curriculum that seeks to inspire and support children to achieve.

We are looking to appoint teachers who have a passion for teaching and learning, wants to make a difference in the lives of children and can work in a range of year groups across the primary phase. The successful applicants can look forward to teaching happy, eager and well-behaved children, almost all of the time, and working within a supportive team of staff, definitely all of the time. We are very proud of our school and place a special emphasis on our relationship with the parents and local community.

We have permanent and a fixed term contracts available. The fixed term contract is from 01 September 2026 to 31 August 2027 to cover a sabbatical.
