Due to the increasing number of children attending our popular Perryfields Hub afterschool wraparound care, we are seeking to appoint an Extended Schools Assistant to work alongside the Extended Schools Supervisor, providing supervision and a snack to children aged 7 - 11 years old.
The position is for 12.75 hours per week, term time only, working Monday to Thursday 3:15pm - 6:00pm & Friday 3:15pm - 5:00pm. This is for five evening's per week.
The role includes:
· Supervising children and ensuring their safety at all times.
· Setting up activities for children to optionally take part in and engaging with children in aspects of play and conversation.
· Preparing and clearing away food. The ideal candidate would hold a Food Hygiene certificate or be willing to undertake.
This is a part-time, permanent position.
