The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellence in teaching and have the knowledgeand experience to teach across a range of ages and abilities.

● In September 2021, the school opened a Primary phase, with children in Reception and KeyStage 1.
● Together with the expansion of the Sixth Form, the school will grow to become an all-through school of 2000 pupils from ages 4 to 18.
● The school will relocate to a world-class, purpose built site, close to our current location inDunmow, during the 2027/2028 academic year.
● Helena Romanes has made excellent progress with the support of Saffron Academy Trusttowards being judged by Ofsted as a Good school (Oct 2023). Working with the talentedsenior leadership team that is in place across all phases of the school, and drawing on thecommitment from staff to provide the best possible outcomes for the pupils.
