3 Early Years Practitioners - Temple Sutton Primary School

Not just a nursery Job. A place you'll actually love coming to.

Let's be honest - you've seen a lot of Early Years job ads.
"Passionate." "Caring." "Fun."

That's not enough. And you deserve more than "just another nursery."

Outstanding since 2010 - but here's what really matters:

We've built a nursery where staff stay, grow, and genuinely enjoy what they do.

No revolving doors. No feeling like "just another pair of hands."

We're growing and evolving - and looking for Early Years Practitioners to join us.

The Role:

Create inspiring, play-based experiences, build strong relationships with children and families, and be part of a team that truly works together.

Children and families are at the heart of everything we do - and staff are valued just as much.

Why people don't leave:

You're trusted - no micromanaging, just support
Work-life balance - no unnecessary paperwork or take-home stress
Your voice matters - ideas are heard and acted on
A real team - supportive, collaborative, and positive

Salary & Hours:

Level 4 £25,989 - £26,403 FTE

Shifts will be between 8 am and 6 pm, our operating hours each day

Please see job description/person specification for further details

A nursery known for excellence
Part of a forward-thinking, inclusive Trust
A skilled, welcoming team
Ongoing training and clear career progression
Competitive salary, generous pension & staff rewards
Employee Assistance Programme + retail discounts

A beautiful, well-resourced environment with outdoor space and access to wider facilities

Who you are:

Level 3 qualified in Childcare & Education (essential)
Passionate about supporting all children, including those with additional needs
Creative, warm, and genuinely invested
Adaptable and quick-thinking
A positive team player who sees the magic in everyday moments
Bonus (we'll support you to gain these):
Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding, SEND experience, SENCO/DSL or any other specialist or individualised training relating to Early Years in its widest context.

About us:

A large, welcoming, well-resourced, play-based setting with a strong team culture and child-led ethos.

Ready for something better?

If you want to feel valued, supported, and excited to come to work - we'd love to hear from you.

Even if you don't tick every box, apply anyway.

Sometimes the best candidates are the ones who almost didn't.

Ready to Visit?

We'd love to meet you and show you what makes our nursery such a special place to work. To arrange a visit or to find out more about the role, please give us a call.

Come join our outstanding team - we can't wait to meet you!
