About the role:
We are looking for a talented and flexible class teacher who is excited by variety, collaboration and professional growth. This post will be based at Richard De Clare community Academy but with the expectation to work in another one of our schools in either Witham or Chelmsford for 2 or 3 days per week.
This unique position offers the chance to work for sustained periods in one or two of our schools within a defined local area, providing class-based cover and capacity to support our school leaders. By enabling additional leadership time, this role plays a vital part in strengthening teaching and learning across our Trust.
