We are excited to be setting up a Nurture Provision within the school. The Nurture Lead will be responsible for the implementation, and day-to-day leadership of the Nurture Provision. The role will ensure that pupils with social, emotional and behavioural needs are supported through a structured, safe, and nurturing environment that promotes wellbeing and engagement.
8.15 - 3.45 (with 1 hour break) = 32.5 hours, Monday - Friday
The Nurture Provision will be based on a targeted intervention model supporting children who struggle to access learning due to unmet social and emotional needs.
We are looking for an HLTA who:

· Is able to lead by example and build trusting relationships.
· Has excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
