Our strong staff retention reflects this, along with wellbeing surveys that place us in the top 10% of organisations for job satisfaction.

Because of the short notice period, we are able to offer flexibility in this role. We welcome applications from candidates with a range of experience and we are happy to shape the role around your strengths, capacity and ambitions.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Early Years teacher to join our dedicated team. In our Early Years setting, children are supported to get the very best start to their education.
We are looking for someone who:

For the right candidate, if appropriate for them, there may be opportunities for leadership responsibility. This could include leading Early Years, joining the leadership team, or taking on additional responsibilities such as leading Pupil Premium.

If you are looking to join a supportive, forward-thinking school where both pupils and staff flourish, we would love to hear from you.

Visits are warmly welcomed- come and be part of something special at Highwoods Primary.

All appointments are subject to safer recruitment requirements to ensure the safeguarding of children and young people. All positions will involve appropriate checks and clearances.
