Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
Full-Time | 30-40 hours per week (4-5 days, negotiable)

Level 3 (or higher) childcare qualification
Minimum 2 years' post-qualification experience in an early years setting

The Role
Full-time position (30-40 hours per week across 4 or 5 days)
A mix of early finishes (2:30pm) and later shifts (5:00-6:00pm)
Deliver high-quality learning experiences in line with EYFS
Support the care, development, and wellbeing of babies and young children
Contribute confidently to planning, observations, and assessments
Work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team
What We're Looking For
Level 3 childcare qualification (or above)
At least 2 years' experience in an early years setting
Strong understanding of child development and the EYFS
A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
Confidence in supporting high-quality practice
A positive team player with a passion for early years education
A desire to grow professionally within a supportive environment
