We are seeking an enthusiastic, driven and compassionate SENCO to lead and champion inclusive practice across our school. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is committed to ensuring all pupils with additional needs thrive, both academically and emotionally.

✅ What You'll Do
As our SENCO, you will:
Lead and coordinate high‑quality provision for pupils with SEND
Work closely with teachers, support staff and senior leaders to ensure every child's needs are met
Build strong relationships with families, external agencies and professionals
Use your expertise to guide staff, shape practice, and drive whole‑school inclusion
Monitor and evaluate progress to ensure all learners shine
