About the role:

Wearelooking to appoint an enthusiastic,passionateand committedclass teacher to join our teaching teamwhilst one of our teachers is onmaternity leave. This isan exciting opportunity for ahighly effectivepractitionerto joinus atRichard de Clare Community Academy.We are looking to appoint a creative and motivated individual who holds the belief that every child has the potential to succeed andhas the potential to motivate, inspire and challenge pupils to ensure thateveryoneachieves their full potential. As part of a Multi Academy Trust that holds CPD at the highest possible regard we can offer a supportiveprogrammefor Early Career Teachers and a coachingprogrammeto support 'fast track into leadership' for teachers with the desire for professional growth.

We are looking for someone who:

Isahighly-skilledindividual who ispassionate and knowledgeable about teaching and learning

Has a good understanding of the effective teaching of core and wider curriculum subjects.
