We are seeking an exceptional Deputy Headteacher to join our welcoming 3-form entry primary school in Laindon, Basildon. This is a pivotal role for a passionate
leader who is committed to ensuring every child thrives academically, socially, and emotionally.

You will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the school, with a strong
focus on:
• Safeguarding excellence
• Outstanding behaviour and attitudes
• High-quality, evidence-based teaching and learning
• Raising aspirations for all children, families and staff

In addition to this, you will drive school improvement across our federation of 3 schools- Millhouse Primary School and Nursery, Vange Primary School and Nursery
and Kingswood Primary School and Nursery- The Vision Primary Federation.
