Salary: Essex Local Government Support Staff Scale, Points 19-24 (£32,061-£35,412 FTE), Actual Salary: £27,486.13-£30,358.96
Contract Type: Term Time PLUS Training Days, 37 hours per week/Permanent

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated applicant to join our school, as part of a friendly and very hard working Pastoral Team.
This is a key appointment for a candidate with a passion for supporting students to achieve their best.
At the core of this role is a commitment to enabling teachers to teach and pupils to learn-contributing meaningfully to both academic achievement and pastoral care across the school.
The ideal candidate will bring energy, resilience, and a genuine passion for working with young people. You will need to demonstrate the ability to build positive, productive relationships with pupils and their families and play a central role in their academic and personal development.
Experience working within a safeguarding or child protection context, as well as liaising with external agencies to support pupil welfare and success, is highly desirable. It is essential that candidates have proven experience of working in an education setting with young people.
