This is a rare and exciting opportunity for someone who wants to become a part of our wonderful school! We are currently looking for an exceptional Assistant Headteacher to join our outstanding leadership team at Quarry Hill Academy.
We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious individual to develop as a senior leader and take the next step in leadership. Along with other members of the senior leadership team, the Assistant Headteacher will be centrally involved in the management of the academy and will be responsible for maintaining standards, mentoring students and newly qualified teachers and embedding a culture that is both nurturing and rigorous.
Our ideal candidate will be an outstanding teacher and a strategic leader with a resilient character and a strong personal drive with sound knowledge of the Early Years curriculum as well as experience across Key Stage 1 & 2.
The ideal candidate will also:
Have experience in leading and teaching across all phases of education
Have proven experience of positively impacting on student progress and raising attainment and developing excellence
Be fully committed to Quarry Hill Academy's ethos of high expectations
Have the drive to make a real difference to the lives of pupils
