We are looking to appoint a passionate and committed teacher to join our lovely school. This role is initially for a year but there may be opportunity for a permanent extension in the future.

You will be teaching in lower KS2 and due to the needs of some of our children, experience of teaching in KS1 and successful strategies would be a welcome bonus. We are a two form entry school and you will be working alongside a parallel class teacher; this reduces the planning burden and ensures you have a brilliant colleague to work with.

Our children are curious, energetic and enjoy a practical and immersive learning journey here at St Andrew's. Our school vision 'Every child is loved and known, Every child shines' is key to our broad and balanced curriulum and the importance placed on connection and relationships.

We are part of the Dfe's RAAC rebuild programme- we are currently in a lovely new temporary building with: indoor toilets, running water and a staff room (things my staff don't take for granted after the last few years!).

If you would like to visit, there will be some planned tours available in April.
