Oakfield Primary School is a two-form entry school. We are a caring school with wonderful children who are full of fun and love to learn. We are looking forafull-time teacher who is an experienced or aspiring leader who will support the existing leadership team in their drive for excellence.Asa TLR post holder you will form part of our Senior Leadership Team and will support with the smooth and efficient running of the school.Within your role you will have a collective responsibility for ensuring the School Improvement Plan is effective and you will be given responsibility for one or more areas of the plan which you will lead and provide evidence and impact for.In this role you will alsoworkalongside other senior leaders to develop teaching, learning and assessmentthroughout the school.

This position would suit someonewho is driven and relentless in their pursuit for excellence. The successful candidate will need to be a good role model with excellent subjectknowledge,strong pedagogy,good organisational skillsanda drive and passion forimprovement. You will need to be hard working, dedicated and highly professionalwith the ability to have honestconversations with colleagues.
