We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist - who does not just fill roles, they attract the best talent, craft progression and turn our college into a destination employer. If you are comfortable with digital skills and marketing along with data analytics, then this is your stage. In this role you will:-

· Lead end to end recruitment solutions with a strong focus on digital attraction strategies

· Create compelling content for advertising, social media, job boards and targeted campaigns

· Support hiring managers with insights, guidance and market intelligence.

· Champion our employer brand and bring attract applications from a wider source as possible with diversity and experience.

· Use data and analytics to optimise reach, sources, engagement and candidate conversion

· Lead on onboarding and mandatory training compliance

You will thrive here if you:

· Have experience in talent acquisition, ideally within a fast-paced environment, ideally education.

· A creative marketer with a focus on attracting and retaining talent.

· Have strong digital marketing skills - from content creation to campaign optimisation.

· Passionate about the candidate experience and building inclusive hiring journeys.

· Excellent communication and marketing relationship-building abilities.

· You will hold a L5 qualification either in Recruitment & Selection, CIPD and relevant digital qualification.

· Experience in working within the education sector or regulated organisation ideal but not essential, subject to career experience.
