Job Description

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in our high performing team where you will play a crucial role in supporting our Class Teachers to deliver lessons that reach all pupils' enabling children of all abilities to flourish. Your dedication and expertise will directly impact our ability to fulfill our mission and continue nurturing the potential and enthusiasm for learning in every child.

As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) you will offer PPA cover across the whole school. During these sessions you will lead PSHE and IT lessons for which you will also plan though schemes of work are available for yourguidance. You will receive your own PPA release time of half a day per week,timetabled for Monday mornings, to ensure sufficient time is available to allow for well planned, high quality lessons.

This role is offered on a 1 year maternity cover. Working hours total 31 hours 40 minutes per week; Monday-Friday for 39 working weeks (term time plus non-pupil days). The working hours are 08:15 - 15:15.

The actual salary is offered between £21,669 to £23,134 per annum depending on experience.
