We are looking to appoint a dedicated, skilled and approachable Site Manager to join our warm and welcoming village primary school, part of the Attain Academy Partnership. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys variety in their day, and wants to play a key role in ensuring children learn in a safe, well‑maintained and inspiring environment.

As our Site Manager, you will be responsible for the care, compliance, security and presentation of the school buildings and grounds. From routine maintenance to supporting health and safety checks, your work will make a difference to the daily experiences of our pupils and staff.

We are looking for someone who is:

Enthusiastic, proactive and reliable
Flexible, able to prioritise and problem‑solve effectively
Skilled in general maintenance and building management (desirable but not essential)
A positive team player with strong interpersonal skills
Someone who enjoys being part of a community and can build friendly, respectful relationships with children and adults

Working hours:
30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 07:30-14:00, all year round (52 weeks).
Holiday entitlement must be taken during school holiday periods.
