The Headteacher of Shoeburyness High School and the CEO of SECAT are seeking to appoint an Attendance Officer to support the progress of students by working with the Trust, parents and students to achieve the best possible attendance.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, efficient and proactive and will have exceptional administrative andorganisational skills with an eye for detail. They will have strong commuication skills with an open and approachable style, thereby fostering a positive work environment.

It is essential that the postholder has GCSE English and Maths at Grade C/Grade 4 or equivalent, and has experience working with families and young people in a busy administrative setting.
