About the role:

Notley is a school that has made rapid progress - and the community has noticed. We are now oversubscribed. Since the arrival of our new headteacher we have rebuilt our curriculum from the ground up, achieved 100% subject-specialist staffing, and created a culture where every student is known and every teacher is supported. Our Mathematics team is central to that story - and we want you to help write the next chapter.
The Opportunity:

For the right candidate, a TLR (Teaching and Learning Responsibility) is available as a Key Stage Lead, either Key Stage 3 or Key Stage 5. This is a meaningful leadership opportunity for someone ready to shape curriculum, support colleagues, and make a measurable difference to student outcomes across a key phase.

Work Schedule:
Full-time and part-time hours will be considered, and applications are welcomed from ECTs.
