We are seeking to appoint a friendly, positive and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant with a proactive, can-do attitude to support a range of pupils across the school with differing needs.

The successful candidate will be patient, kind and nurturing, with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for working with children. The ability to build positive relationships quickly with pupils and staff is essential.

The role will involve supporting pupils' learning both inside and outside the classroom, including delivering targeted interventions and providing in-class support. The successful candidate will also contribute to breaktime and lunchtime supervision as part of their duties.

You will need to be calm, flexible and dedicated, and able to respond positively to the varied needs of the children you support.

Working as part of our highly supportive and experienced team of Learning Support Assistants, the successful candidate will benefit from ongoing weekly training in line with the school's priorities and needs.

Hours: 8.45am - 3.15pm, 30 hours per week (including a 30-minute lunch break)
Salary: Scale 3

We hope that the successful candidate will be able to start after the Easter break; however, we are happy to agree a mutually convenient start date for the right candidate.
