Teaching Assistant (£13.47 per hour) and Midday Assistant (£13.05 per hour) - initially fixed for 1 year.
Tollesbury School is looking to appoint a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistant and Midday Assistant to join our supportive and dedicated team.
This is a wonderful opportunity to work in a welcoming village primary school where staff, pupils and the community work closely together to create a positive and nurturing learning environment.
The role includes supporting pupils and teachers in the classroom during the morning and helping to supervise and support children during the lunchtime period.
Working Hours
Teaching assistant:
Monday: 8.30am - 12.00 midday
Tuesday - Friday: 8.45am - 12.00 midday
Midday Assistant:
12.00 midday - 1.15pm
We are seeking someone who:
- Is friendly, approachable and enthusiastic
- Enjoys working with children and supporting their learning
- Has a good sense of humour and a positive attitude
- Is flexible and willing to work across the primary age range
- Works well as part of a team and builds positive relationships with pupils and staff
