Pastoral & Wellbeing Co-ordinator

Pastoral Staff Pay Scale - 2 year fixed term contract to start

Salary dependant on experience and qualifications

A position has become available across two sites, including a post 16 provision, the Southend YMCA community school is seeking to add capacity and appoint a pastoral and wellbeing coordinator from the Summer term 2026.

We welcome applicants that have a minimum of 2 years' experience, working within a pastoral team in a secondary education setting to join our ever-growing team.

The school has a positive ethos and culture where our students have the opportunity to experience success and be the best version of themselves. An ideal candidate will have a commitment to Trauma informed practice and understand the power of learning and education for our students. Previous experience within pastoral care is essential.
