Job Description
HLTA - Permanent Contract for an Immediate start
Monday-Friday (32.5 hours a week 8:15am - 3:45pm with a 60 minute unpaid lunch break)
Term time only (44.6 weeks per year)
LG Pay - Scale 6

The Role - Higher Level Teaching Assistant
As an HLTA at Brightside Primary School, you will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school. You will work closely with teachers to deliver high-quality learning experiences, support pupils' individual needs, and contribute to a positive and inclusive school culture. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in a school that values teamwork and holistic pupil development.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience supporting learning, ideally with children aged 4-11
Confidence to deliver planned learning activities and to adapt resources creatively
