Estimated actual salary NJC Scale 2 Point 2 £7,569 to Point 3 £7,688

With your engaging and friendly approach you will initiate positive play and encourage age-appropriate activities. As a Wraparound Care Assistant you will create a purposeful and inclusive environment, you will ensure the safety and wellbeing of children is maintained at all times.

It's not necessarily your experience as a Wraparound Care Assistant that we're most interested in, it's your passion and commitment to our mission, ensuring every child, whatever their background, receives a high quality education.

The ideal Wraparound Care Assistant will be someone who is:

* A great communicator with a warm and encouraging manner, who develops positive relationships with young children

* Able to promote the inclusion and acceptance of all pupils
