Careers Coordinator
Grade 4, scale point 7-8
FTE £26,403 - £26,824 (Pro Rata £10,741- £10,912)
3 days per week, 18 hours (working pattern TBD)
Term time only (38 weeks per year)

As a Careers Coordinator you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day delivery of the Academy's careers programme, supporting the Strategic Careers Lead to ensure high-quality and fully compliant provision across all year groups. This will include organising key events such as Careers Carousels, Apprenticeship Information Evenings and Mock Interview Week, liaising with employers and education providers, managing Year 10 Work Experience, and maintaining careers communications and destination data. Applicants should be highly organised, confident in building professional relationships, and able to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced educational environment.
Experience working in a school environment would be desirable but not essential.
