KS1 Complex Needs Provision Lead
Northlands Primary School and Nursery have an exciting opportunity to lead a KS1 provision for children with complex needs.

The successful candidate will be:
Able to demonstrate contribution to leadership of children with complex needs
Enthusiastic, motivated, dedicated and able to show initiative
Skilled in building positive relationships, acting as a role-model for pupils and staff
Able to work in partnership with the SENCO to support the needs of a range of pupils, being flexible where required
Haveexperience of inclusion, supporting pupils to develop independence and resilience through secure planning and preparation of activities
Assertive and reliable with good communication skills - be able to demonstrate good people management skills
Passionate about improving the life chances of pupils
Excited by the chance to shape the provision alongside the school's inclusion team
Passionate, creative, and resilient, meeting complex needs with compassion and skill
Values strong relationships with families and the wider school community

This post is 31.25 hours per week, 8:30am to 3:15pm - Monday to Friday (Term time only).

Northlands Primary School & Nursery are part of the Lee Chapel Multi-Academy Trust. A number of support staff working at the Lee Chapel Multi-Academy Trust have moved on to fulfil their teaching dreams through the Initial Teaching Training Programme.
