Job Description:
As a Trainee Teacher of Chemistry at Gosfield School, you will support the delivery of engaging and effective lessons to Key Stage 4 and 5 students. You will work closely with experienced staff members who will provide guidance and mentorship as you develop your teaching practice. No previous teaching experience is required; this role offers comprehensive training and professional development opportunities.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A strong interest in Chemistry with relevant academic qualifications (A-levels or equivalent minimum; degree preferred but not essential)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to engage and motivate secondary school students
- Willingness to learn new teaching methods and adapt to different learning styles
- Basic IT skills for lesson preparation and classroom activities
