MoulshamHigh School is a larger than average 11-18 comprehensive school where all students 'flourish academically' (Ofsted 2024).The learning environment is'cordial' (Ofsted 2024), and studentsand staff enjoya high levelof mutual respect.

We are looking for aconfident, drivenStandards and Progress Leader tobe responsible forthe pastoral care,behaviour,attendanceand academic progress of one of our year groups of 270 students.The successful candidate will be a senior leader of the school and as such expected to have a whole school presence and contribute to the achievement of theSeniorLeadershipTeam's school improvement priorities.They willmanage a team of10Form Tutors who deliver a lively,engaging tutorial programme that enables all students to fulfil theirpersonal and academicpotential.
