We are building on this progress, and we need talented science experts who want to be part of our continued improvement.

We are seeking an exceptional teacher to join our faculty leadership team as Deputy Head of Science - a role with genuine strategic responsibility and the flexibility to match your strengths to our needs. This role would suit an experienced practitioner and / or someone looking for their step into faculty leadership and management.

The Role
This is not a one-size-fits-all position. We are looking for the right person, and we will shape the role around your expertise.

· You will lead either:

· Key Stage 3 or Key Stage 4 - driving curriculum excellence, assessment rigor and outstanding outcomes across all three sciences, OR

· Biology, Chemistry or Physics - leading your specialist subject across KS3-KS5, developing cutting-edge pedagogy and inspiring students

Working alongside our Head of Science, you will play a central role in elevating teaching, learning and student achievement across the faculty.
