We are currently looking for a dedicated, compassionate, and proactive Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children's learning and development and wants to play a key role in helping all pupils achieve their full potential.

About the Role

As an LSA, you will:

Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to support pupils with a range of needs
Provide targeted support to individual children or small groups, helping to deliver interventions and differentiated learning
Foster positive relationships with pupils to build confidence, engagement, and independence
Assist in creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
Contribute to assessment and progress monitoring through observations and feedback
We Are Looking For Someone Who:

Is proactive and takes initiative in supporting learning
Has a positive, nurturing approach with children of all abilities and backgrounds
Demonstrates excellent communication and teamwork skills
Is patient, flexible, and resilient, with a good sense of humour!
Shows commitment to inclusion and a belief in every child's potential
Is keen to grow and develop professionally as part of a supportive staff team
Has literacy and maths qualifications or equivalent.
✅ Experience working in schools or with children with additional needs is desirable, but not essential - training will be provided for the right candidate.
