We are seeking to appoint an outstanding and energetic Care Officer to join the staff team at our Primary Residential SEMH School, designated by Ofsted as Outstanding.
Applicants must be enthusiastic, with an understanding of and commitment to children with severe behavioural, social and emotional difficulties. Experience is essential. The successful applicant will receive the relevant training and support required to become part of our dedicated and innovative team. You will need to be flexible and you will be required to work shifts, Monday to Friday.
Visits to the school are positively encouraged.

Wells Park is an Ofsted rated outstanding Residential Special Educational Needs School. We care for children aged between 5 and 11 years who have a range of complex needs associated with SEMH.
